Springhurst HOA Board Meeting Minutes November 20, 2020

Minutes of the Board of Directors Meeting of the Springhurst Homeowners Association, Columbia, South Carolina, held at 6:30 p.m. on the 18th  day of November, 2020.

 

  1. CALL TO ORDER

Jack Heape called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m. via Zoom platform

 

  1. ROLL CALL
  2. Present: Jack Heape, president, Tamara Lewis-Daniel, Secretary, & Treva Spencer, Landscape, & Susan Heape, Treasurer

       

  1. Also Present: David Spencer & Keith Daniel

 

  1. Absent: Kia Usher, Newcomers

 

  1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Secretary Report-approved. The minutes from the March 3rd SHOA meeting were approved as submitted.

 

  1. PRESENTATION & APPROVAL OF TREASURER’S FINANCIAL REPORT

  1. OLD BUSINESS
  • North Springs Road widening project
  • Traffic circle mulch tree trimming on Green Glen & Springhurst drive- trees were trimmed on both traffic circles
  • Discussion of alternative payment method for HOA dues

 

  1. NEW BUSINESS
  • Get a quote for the front entrance in regards to leveling out the bank and adding grass. The quote will also include tree removal and to trim tree limbs.
  • New lights for the entryway
  • Motion passed for purchase of additional mulch for the traffic circles
