Springhurst HOA Dues are annual. The current amount for year 2025 is $75.00. A bill will be sent out usually by the end of January of the current year. Dues are payable before the end of February. A late notice will be sent out for past due 2024 dues in January.

The Board by resolution waived all Past Due assessments for 2023 and prior years on December 4, 2024. If you owe an assessment for 2024, the amount is $100 and it is now past due if not paid. Actions to collect will be as follows;
1st Notice– A reminder of the amount due. If not paid in 30 days a 2nd notice will be sent.
2nd Notice– Reminder of the amount due and notification of the consequences of non-payment. If not paid in 30 days a 3rd notice will be sent.
3rd Notice– Demand for payment. If not paid in 30 days, property owner is considered to be in default. Any or all of the following may occur;
1. Small claims court
2. Civil court action against property owner and/or mortgage company
3. Filing of lien and Foreclosure proceeding
Dues are required to be paid by both the restrictive covenants and also usually by the mortgage filed against any property. Hopefully, legal action against any homeowner will NOT be necessary.
The Springhurst HOA has engaged the law firm of McCabe, Trotter, and Beverly, P.C. to guide it in all matters of conduct of the HOA and past dues collection.
